Please read our refund terms carefully before purchasing a ticket.
No Refunds (Except in Case of Event Cancellation)
All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except when the event is officially cancelled by Exilio Latinx.
If the event is cancelled, refunds will be processed automatically through OutSavvy, the platform where the original purchase was made.
30-Minute Satisfaction Guarantee (On Arrival Only)
We want you to feel at home from the moment you arrive.
If within the first 30 minutes of entering the event you decide Exilio is not for you, you may request a full refund at the front desk.

No cash refunds are provided at the door.

The refund will be initiated immediately through OutSavvy.

Banks and card providers may take up to 7 working days to return the funds to your account.

This guarantee applies only if you attended the event in person and requested the refund within the first 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, all sales are final.
Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold.
Your booking is valid only for the event, date and name displayed on your ticket.
